Khuzema Jawadwala, the founder and owner of Noor Agritech Industries, has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. With a background in B.Com and LLB, he began his career in his father’s motor parts trading business before venturing into construction and manufacturing.
He faced many challenges and failures along the way. Initially, he lacked the knowledge of how agricultural machinery was made or how cutting worked. Despite lacking knowledge in manufacturing agricultural machinery, he persevered, learning the technical aspects of material cutting and production.
In 1980, he took a bold step, setting up his own manufacturing plant with a 35-sq ft space. Through dedication and self-learning, he designed and developed products, eventually establishing three factories and his own home..Through sheer determination and continuous learning, he mastered the intricacies of agricultural machinery production.
Khuzema Sir’s journey has been a true example of self-reliance, facing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and staying committed to his goal. Today, he is the proud owner of Noor Industries, with over 40 years of experience. his dedication and hard work, combined with blessings and faith, have made him a successful entrepreneur!
Abdeali Jawadwala, the COO of Noor Agritech Industries and the son of Khuzema Jawadwala, has played a crucial role in the company’s success. After completing his BBA, he gradually transitioned into the manufacturing sector to support his father’s vision.
Like his father, Abdeali Sir faced numerous challenges, from understanding machinery production to perfecting cutting techniques. With determination and persistence, he successfully set up and arranged the necessary infrastructure.
Today, Abdeali Sir runs Noor Agritech Industries, contributing to its growth and success through his leadership and hard work.
